University Hospitals is proud to have been the first health system clinical trials site in Northeast Ohio for COVID-19 vaccines. Now, we’re seeing the positive results of participating in those trials. On Wednesday, December 23, we began vaccinating our caregivers with the first shipments of COVID-19 vaccine from Moderna. UH is working with ODH, CDC and others and is following regulatory guidelines for vaccine distribution.
