University Hospitals Announces New Urgent Care Facility in Solon

SOLON, Ohio – University Hospitals (UH) opened a new urgent care today in Solon. The new facility is a welcome addition to patients in the community and reduces their travel time when seeking medical attention. The new location is part of the larger plan to deliver healthcare closer to where patients live, shop and work.

UH Urgent Care Solon is located on a highly-traveled road at 6140 SOM Center Rd, Solon, OH 44139, at the corner of SOM Center Rd. and Solon Rd., next to Chick-Fil-A. The new location is positioned with prime visibility from the road and ample parking to ensure convenient access to high-quality healthcare services for Solon and surrounding area residents.

UH Urgent Care Solon, and all UH Urgent Care facilities, are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, with special hours on some holidays. The new facility will be equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and personalized care to patients of all ages.

Services include on-site x-ray, lab, EKG, medication dispensing, and more. This location will also be the first UH Urgent Care to offer occupational health services for patients. With the opening of the Solon location, UH Urgent Care now offers 21 locations in Northeast Ohio, including locations in Orange, Twinsburg and Shaker Heights
