ASHLAND, Ohio - University Hospitals (UH) offers immediate access to world-class, convenient orthopedic care with the grand opening of the UH Orthopedic Injury Clinic in Ashland County, Ohio. The Clinic, located at the Baney Road Health Center at 1941 S. Baney Road in Ashland, provides same-day and walk-in service when an unexpected injury occurs.

Patients are able to fast-track care without multiple appointments or a more expensive trip to the ER. Trained orthopedic providers are available to treat ACL tears, joint injuries, fractures, sprains and strains, and tendon and ligament injuries with the ability to perform X-rays, MRIs, and other procedures.

“Orthopedic injuries definitely benefit from prompt diagnosis and treatment,” says Robert Leb, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon, UH Samaritan Medical Center. “We know we can help our patients recover optimally when we see them within hours or days of injury. The orthopedic team is thrilled to be expanding our service line to allow for same day orthopedic injury care. If you have the need, we will be thrilled to care for our Ashland neighbors and friends. Now we can see you same day!”

The UH Orthopedic Injury Clinic is a cost-saving alternative to an ER visit for children ages 12 and older and adults.

Walk-ins are welcome or you can make an appointment by calling 419-207-2663 or by visiting UHHospitals.org.
