About the Walk
Losing a child is one of life's most devastating experiences, and grief can feel overwhelming. The Remembrance Walk offers families a meaningful space to honor their child and connect with others who understand their journey.
UH's patient- and family-centered approach to grief support means every family receives personalized resources tailored to their unique needs. UH remains connected with families in the weeks, months, and years following a loss, providing ongoing services and support as needed. The program is made possible through a generous gift from the Adler family, which established the UH Joanie & Tom Adler Endowed Director of Parent Bereavement Programs.
